Casting Crowns


Casting Crowns se inició en 1999 por el pastor de jóvenes Mark Hall en la Primera Iglesia Bautista en el centro de Daytona Beach, Florida como parte de un grupo de jóvenes. Ahora se desempeña como vocalista. Más tarde se trasladó a Stockbridge, Georgia y más miembros se unió a la creación de la banda ahora se conoce como Casting Crowns.

Grupo de pop cristiano Casting Crowns comenzó como una banda de culto estudiante en Daytona Beach, FL, en 1999. Liderados por el cantante, compositor y pastor de jóvenes Mark Hall, el grupo inicialmente incluidos los guitarristas Juan DeVevo y Héctor Cervantes y el violinista Melodee DeVevo. El grupo se trasladó a Stockbridge, Georgia, en 2001, y agregó Chris Huffman en el bajo, Megan Garrett en los teclados y acordeón, y el baterista Andy Williams. Esta versión aumentada de Casting Crowns lanzado dos álbumes independientes en CD, los cuales fueron bien recibidos en el área de Atlanta. Ambos álbumes independientes fueron los esfuerzos por parte de Mark Hall y el resto del grupo en proyectos de extensión para los jóvenes de la zona.
